While rectangular signs remain a popular choice, there are many instances where a different shape will better convey a message. That could be the shape of your business logo, or a vinyl wrap that is cut to fit the complex dimensions of a vehicle.
At Gogi Signs, we use advanced equipment to create any possible shape needed in custom signage. Technology like CNC controllers, routers, lasers, and more allow us to cut almost any type of material. Contact us today if you need a custom cut sign.
CNC Cutting – Standing for computer numerical control, a CNC router combines a computerized control and a router. Using software, the needed design is converted to a code which the CNC controller interprets so the router can cut the specific shape. CNC router can make fine and detailed cuts.
Laser Vinyl Cutting – Using optics lasers, laser cutting directs a precise beam at the material being cut. The laser melts or burns through a material to create an edge or an etched line. The shape is made by connecting the laser to a CNC controller in the same method as CNC routing.
CAD Cut Lettering – To create letters, the design is created a CAD program. The flexibility of CAD means letters can be straight or curved. The design is then transmitted to a CNC controller which can direct a router or laser cutter to cut the letter shapes out of the substrate.
